Refund Policy

At Slingshot Maldives, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund
Items must be returned within 48 hours from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

Non-Refundable Items
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered. Sale items or items purchased with a discount. Gift cards and any other non-returnable items as specified at the time of purchase.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@slingshotmaldives.com with your order details and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at our hotline.
